Access AV delivered a complete Radisson Blu Glasgow AV upgrade, transforming the hotel’s meeting and event facilities into a fully networked, high-performance audio-visual environment. This flagship project encompassed every meeting room throughout the hotel, along with the impressive Megalithic Suite. As a result, the venue now offers consistency, reliability and ease of use across all spaces.


Meeting Room Technologies

Each meeting room was equipped with commercial-grade Samsung displays and Biamp Parlé video bars to deliver outstanding clarity for both in-room and remote participants. In addition, Barco ClickShare systems enable seamless wireless presentation from any device. This removes technical barriers and helps meetings start on time. Furthermore, all systems are managed through intuitive Extron control panels, giving hotel staff and guests effortless access to room functions at the touch of a button.


Audio Distribution and Connectivity

Meanwhile, a Blustream AVoIP backbone links every space together, allowing content to be routed to any room or suite through a simple drag-and-drop interface. Behind the scenes, Extron audio processors and distributed JBL loudspeakers ensure clean, balanced audio throughout all meeting spaces. At the same time, the hotel’s bar has been revitalised with a new Martin Audio speaker system to deliver rich, immersive background music.
